Participation in the Vendor Exhibition requires a current OKAALAS Commercial Vendor Membership, which includes one vendor booth at the Annual Meeting at no additional cost.

The Vendor Exhibition will be located immediately adjacent to the conference meeting room, providing consistent attendee traffic and opportunities to engage with participants throughout the event.

Vendors are invited to showcase products, services, equipment, supplies, and other resources that support laboratory animal science and biomedical research.

Booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Each registered vendor booth includes one table and seating for up to two (2) vendor representatives.

Vendor Registration

Vendor registration is now open for the 2026 OKAALAS Annual Meeting.

A current Commercial Vendor Membership is required to participate in the Annual Meeting and includes vendor registration at no additional cost.

To ensure adequate space for all participating companies, each Commercial Vendor Membership includes registration for up to two (2) vendor representatives. If your designated attendees change before the event, vendor registrations may be transferred to other representatives from your company.

If you have not yet purchased a Commercial Vendor Membership, please visit the Memberships page to complete your purchase before registering.

Space is limited, and booth assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is encouraged.
